Our meat providers produce 100% export quality with certified standards including GHPs, HACCP, ISO 22000, UFAS, ALO and BRC.

In addition, we specifically choose raw materials from recognised suppliers, whom we periodically audit for the highest level of product quality.

Quality Control

STANDARDS AND CERTIFICATIONS

At TSM, we implement strict quality standards to meet customer demands and grow consumers’ confidence. Our manufacturing processes are recognized by GHPs, HACCP, HALAL, FOOD SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ISO 22000:2018, FSSC 22000 and BRC

We have an on-site laboratory certified by ISO 17025 to ensure reliable quality control practices and testing methodology at every production stage.

Our meats, plants, and processes are also routinely checked by the internal food safety team and third-party audits to maintain consistent practices and accurate test results.

NO PLASTIC USE

We only use stainless trays and containers in all production lines with a “NO plastic allowed” policy. Hence, minimize the risk of plastic contamination.

100% INSPECTION

We inspect every boneless leg meat at the end of each production line by hand and X-ray machines to avoid bone contamination.

For yakitori products, we check every skewer so that both weight and appearance meet customers’ specs.
